Excuse me! We elected someone else in 2000, but we don't have a democracy, so Bush was appointed. I fear we only have our fellow citizens to blame for 2004.

the point is perfectly accepted here my friend- yes, appointed, not elected...

and too, we (fellow countrymen) seem to have let that one slide all too easily...

well, we/they all had 401k's at stake, yes? why make waves, if ones retirement is on the line?
